Some of the most exciting drag racing in the region, down a 1/8 mile asphalt strip. Racing features Pro Street, Motorcycle, and Snowmobile classes, to name a few.

Housed in the Ann Nicole Nelson Hall on the Minot State University campus, year-round concerts featuring the best of classical and pops music is sure to entertain. The symphony is regularly attended, making Minot the smallest city in the nation to support a full-sized orchestra.

North Dakota's largest annual event, the State Fair, fills the State Fair Center in July. Events year round include car and horse shows, as well as the Norsk Hostfest, the largest Scandinavian festival in North America.

Approaching its 100 year anniversary, this extensive zoo features Bengal tigers, giraffes, zebras, and other exotic animals. Education outreach includes the Discovery Barn and guided tours.

Expanding to house additional aircraft, this museum maintains famous military and civilian aircraft, and tells the story of regional aviation history. Airplanes include a restored P-40 Warhawk and a rare 1934 Stinson Reliant.
