We didn't set out to make the most expensive meal you have ever had or for that fact the cheapest. Our one goal was to make the best, hand-made from scratch and never out of a can meal you could get outside of your own kitchen. We use only the freshest and best ingredients available to us. We take a lot of pride in knowing that our pizza dough is made fresh each day and baked in a brick oven and not on a conveyer belt. Sure it takes a little longer, but that is where the pleasure comes. Our tomato sauce is made with fresh vegetables and slowly cooked for hours with the same love only a mother has for her child.
